What is a 4-Point Inspection?
The 4-point inspection is a visual overview of the quality and condition of the four major components of the home. Those would be the roof, the HVAC system, the electrical system, and the plumbing. A 4-point inspection is NOT a pre-sale/pre-listing home inspection. A home inspection would be much more inclusive of many features of the home to include those in this type of inspection.
What does Home Defense Inspections, LLC provide after the inspection?
Home Defense Inspections, LLC will provide the client with a report on a standardized form after the inspection. If this type of inspection was required for insurance purposes, the clients can then submit this report to their insurance company. Home Defense Inspections, LLC does not provide a pass/fail rating to any of the components that are checked during the inspection. We can only provide the information based on a visual inspection of the quality and condition of the inspected components. Home Defense Inspections, LLC is not responsible for the decisions made by any insurance company after the client submits the report. Our provided report documents what was found during the inspection and the insurance company takes over from there.
